After I was asked to speak at the 2001 International UFO Congress Convention, I title my talk: UFOs At The Core Of Our Human Culture. I did this partly because of the following. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, after I had gained a somewhat general understanding concerning the mysterious things that had happened to me throughout most of my life, I came to the conclusion that the so-called mysterious UFO intelligences who I encountered were controlling the progress of our worldly human cultures. I began to believe this because of the nature of the encounters, some of which included time travel into the future. (You can find more detailed information concerning the nature of the time travels, including somewhat technical information, in the books I’ve written: Eminent Discovery and To Earth From Heaven.)

The time travels in craft normally began after a friend or relative and I entered a craft. Immediately after entering, we most often saw what seemed to be normal but familiar people inside, those who I now call “the familiar strangers.” We would then fly off into the future, sometimes briefly stopping at a few future times and different locations before we arrived at our final time/location. During my 46 plus years of so-called UFO experience, there were various final locations where we normally were shown and told what we were to do in the future. This I eventually understood was to be part of what I call an “Et/human project.”

The drawing above is “the elongated saucer,” the UFO craft in which we most often traveled during the time travels. 

At least a part of “the project” I eventually understood was to be an Et/human effort to help an influx of people, including orphans, who would arrive from south of the border and from other countries into the middle United States. After a general understanding concerning what it was all about, it seemed as if we were to provide housing, schooling, and subsistence, etc. that would contribute to the well being and intellectual and physical progress of those people.

I eventually understood in the late 1980s and early 1990s that my part in “the project” was to help design, construct and maintain buildings. The buildings were to help those foreign people, as well as American citizens who lived in our area and also those who would move into our area, the middle United States. And I was astonished to understand that I was trained and conditioned throughout my life to accomplish a variety of these goals. The familiar strangers I found were to participate in education and spiritual development, etc.

I was never shown if the influx of people would eventually assimilate into our normal middle American culture. But there were enough people and buildings, including housing, involved that I could safely speculate that those immigrants would eventually be a permanent part of our society. And I also conjectured that our society would be changed to some degree from mixing the two or more cultures.

As an example of the information I received during a time travel, the following paragraph is a passage from the book Eminent Discovery Volume 2. It is part of a narration describing The Sheridan Creek Fire Guard Cabin Time Travel in Chapter 12. (We were riding in a UFO craft over Dubois, Wyoming.)

“Hovering over Dubois at what seemed to be several hundred feet, I looked down and saw the buildings in Dubois through openings in the clouds. One of the beings told me how a group of individuals had come to settle the area, hoping to integrate more modern culture with the rawness of the wilderness. They had been trying to create a more wholesome life. He said, however, they had somewhat failed their goal – that the people of Dubois had not developed in the way that “they” (the mysterious intelligences) had hoped. He then said I could live in Dubois and help them realize their goal. This shocked me. He pointed out a library that appeared somewhat modern. He said a lady had tried to lift the community’s potential by establishing the library. He then said I could help her in the future.”

“The project” and the particular people involved also seem similar to what I was told while hovering in that up-side-down tub type UFO over Dubois during the time travel. Just as they had settled in that area to mix modern culture with the wholesomeness of the wilderness, we who are to participate in “the project” possibly are being clandestinely influenced by the brotherhood to integrate, more directly, spiritual development into our modern middle American culture, so that our culture will become more wholesome…i.e, spiritually wholesome.”

Furthermore, the information given to me at Dubois about that society was similar to information given to me about Bethany, the suburb in which I was raised and still live.

In the late 1940s my two sisters and I were walking home from our grandmother’s house in Lincoln. It was just a few blocks away. We hadn’t walked more than a block when we encountered one of the large objects with the fuselage and large rounded body. After we entered the large bare room, the voice told us to practice ESP. He told me that he (and the mysterious UFO intelligences) and I would communicate though ESP in the future. He also told me to go to a large French-pane window at the side of the craft. He demanded that I concentrate on the vacant old ornate college building that was near us. He told me how the founders of Bethany (with the guidance of the mysterious UFO intelligences) had settled in the area to establish the Christian college and community. He said the community, like the building, had failed because of an improper foundation. After one of my sisters and I practiced ESP, we were allowed to go.

It just so happened, the city of Lincoln later condemned the old building because the builders hadn’t laid footings good enough that they could hold the stone foundation through a significant period of time. The Christian community continued, but in certain ways has declined. The large campus was eventually sold and the wonderful old building and landscape were replaced with more modern tract houses, houses similar to those I saw on the TV screen during the long UFO experience in the large object somewhere in western Nebraska – where the moderator in the TV indicated that tract houses built too close together was not compatible with the human spirit.

This, the Bethany encounter, was another amazing encounter that suggested humans, not always knowing how or why, settle in an area for a specific purpose. I can now conjecture they are subconsciously, clandestinely motivated by the brotherhood through their beliefs and feelings…through clandestine UFO encounters and ESP.

It’s particularly interesting that I had many experiences on this old college campus. I assume now, from what I was told during the encounter in the large object, the intelligence or hierarchy helped with the establishment of and supported the original Christian community. The hierarchy possibly changed humankind by changing those particular individuals, just as they are now changing humankind through individuals such as UFO and spiritual contactees. It seems obvious that their techniques of change include direct, but clandestine encounters, as well as on-going subconscious communication through ESP. For some reason I can’t quite figure out, ornate buildings seem to be their specialty.

Other information I received during other experiences indicate that not only our cultures are being orchestrated but our scientific and physical advancement as well…among several to many other things. However, if you read the books above you will find that the mysterious intelligences don’t really have total control over changes in our cultures, but simply what seems to be influence through subconscious memory of the encounters and direct ESP. I am confident we as individuals have a choice in all matters if we can become aware. “Their” influence can be describe as subtle and in some cases not so subtle controlled chaos…which really is a subject for another article, or more realistically another book should I be fortunate or unfortunate enough to stay alive to write it.

(There is so much information now available concerning UFO encounters, the acronym itself seems trite and non- descriptive. It’s time to take a more in-depth approach, accept more readily some of the more unbelievable experiences, then change the acronym.)
